MBCC Safety Program

MBCC requires that there is always at least one supervisor on site at all times during construction that is OSHA 30-Hour Certified in order to uphold and enforce all OSHA rules and requirements.

MBCC has created a safety program that all individuals will go through whether you are on site or in the office. Our on site safety program is more rigorous to make sure that all employees know of all the dangers possible and the best solutions, or ways to prevent these dangers from happening to themselves and fellow co-workers.

PPE

PPE

PPE is something that has and will always be extremely important at MBCC. We make sure that all employees are provided with a hardhat, a safety vest, construction glasses, and boots are required on site as well. Our supervisor's on site make sure to enforce the use of the PPE to make sure that safety is a top concern for all.

MBCC has always had safety at the top of our list due to the overall lack of safety that construction has seen in recent years. All employees are required to wear PPE as long as they are on site and supervisor's are there to help enforce the importance of it. All foreman that MBCC hires are required to take the OSHA 30 Hour Safety Course to make sure that their knowledge in safety and recognizing dangers and hazards is top notch. All other employees are put through MBCC's own safety program that teaches the importance of your PPE and teaches general hazards and how to minimize the danger and help perform their job with the upmost amount of safety in order for every to be safe and comfortable while doing the job.
